I have been working with Andrea for the last 2 months. During this time I have lost 25lbs not to mention a number of inches. Just by following the plan she developed for me, I have completely changed my life style. Not only in what and how I eat but how I think about food. She has made me realize what being full vs. being bloated from over eating feels like and the difference in being hungry vs. cravings. She has shown me how eating healthy is no more costly then eating unhealthy foods. I feel so much better about my self and how I feel. I cook healthier by using her recipes. They are dishes my whole family eats so I’m not making a meal for me and another for the rest of my family. It’s not about buying a bunch of fitness equipment. One of the biggest things she taught me is simple by raising your heart rate you can burn cal.
