MY JOURNEY

There is no perfect weight or perfect body, your image does not define who you are. Life is a roller coaster with lots of trial and tribulations, the most important thing to remember, do what makes you happy. You should focus on what fits your life, don’t force something that doesn’t feel right and most importantly never compare your journey to someone elses.

This picture shows me after 1 kid.  I was 21 years old and extremely unhealthy. I was not happy with myself or my body. If there was a “quick fix” out there I was trying it. I would binge eat, I would try all new diet fads and nothing was working. I ate fast food more than I should have and I was just overall a mess. I would go to the gym once or twice a week and get frustrated because I wasn’t seeing change.

I continued this lifestyle and had 2 more kids. I gained 60lb during pregnancy with all of my children.

CARDIO CRAZE

4 years ago after the birth of my 3rd child I decided to make a change. I started working out 25 minutes a day. I started with small goals, programs I would purchase or use from online sources. Once I accomplished the goal I set I would move onto another goal.

I slowly started to make changes In the kitchen. I would add more veggies, I stopped eating out and focused more on cooking at home. I hit the goal I thought I wanted to hit. I lost my baby weight and got skinny. I still wasn’t happy with where I was, I didn’t feel healthy. I weighed 115lb and straight up and down. Eating what I thought was healthy but in reality I was starving my body of the nutrients I needed.

Fast forward to today! I found my niche, I feel great, I have energy and I love the way my body has transformed. Although this lifestyle might not be for everyone, it is for me. This is why I can’t say enough to do what makes YOU happy. This lifestyle is about
knowledge, discipline and passion.
