6 week in person bootcamp


Once you have signed you with me and submitted your payment you will receive and email. This email is where you will fill out the required information so that I can properly calculate your macros.

Once I receive the email back you will get the following within 3-5 business days: Macro breakdown, detailed instructions on how to track your macros, guide to eating out, example food list, as well as directions to the gym.



The 2020 6 week bootcamp  will start on (   )  and will run until (   ). Classes are 3 days a week Mon, Tue and Thurs at the time slot that you have chosen 4:30, 5:00 or 5:30. Classes will take place on the West side of Owensboro. Groups will be kept small so that you get the most out of your workouts. You will be guided and educated on proper form, technique and use of equipment to target each muscle group. Classes will focus on cardio and muscle building. We will have an upper body, lower body and full body class each week. These bootcamp classes will also include:

  • Customized macro calculations with a breakdown of each macro to fit YOUR cravings and lifestyle
  • Macro monitoring along with an eating out guide
  • Weekly weight ins/measurements to track progress
  • Education on how to read nutrition labels
  • Accountability
