    I have been working with Andrea for 3 weeks, 3x a week for 30 minutes. She is extremely encouraging during the workouts and truly pushes you to do your best! The progress I have seen in just these 3 weeks blows my mind! Never in my life have I looked forward to working out and yet she has found a way to make me genuinely enjoy this journey!
